Dressing baby at night

Our bedroom is quite warm at night, currently 24 degrees, baby is currently in a short sleeve bodysuit and a sleepsuit, I keep checking how he feels and his chest feels cool, I haven't got a sleep sack lower than a 1.5 tog but feel that might be too warm? My little girl is on 7oz now and we have the 6 pack of tommee tippee powder pots that you tip straight into the bottle. B in C-section

Any runners on here post C section?

Eli is nearly 5 months. I started running again about a month ago and I’m getting scar pain. I’ve had two sections now, roughly 2.5 years apart. Anyone else had/having the same experience? I’m running around 4 miles 3 x per week. I don’t want to injure myself but don’t want to stop as really enjoying the running 😭
