Yes I do. And sativas are great as well as cbd. Taking baths helps ALOT. Praying, meditating and changing to a healthier diet, working out.

I feel you. I can understand how overwhelming it must be. I'd suggest you to focus on the positives and not believe everything you read on the internet. Take up a hobby or something, try doing the things you love. Painting, journals, music anything. Most importantly, surround yourself with happy people. I joined a pregnancy support group suggested by my midwife recently . Helps me focus on the positives.I think i found my tribe here. Hope you find yours too❤️
