Nursery

My LB has been at nursery since May…he’s had colds, coughs, chicken pox, conjunctivitis, runny noses and vomiting bugs.
It’s non stop 😭 and he’s broken with it all. But good thing is their immune system will build up as they get bigger 🤷🏼‍♀️

A cold is caused by a virus so the temperature outside doesn’t matter. My son got one after the 1st settling session that lasted only an hour. It’s annoying, but normal at the beginning.

Were on our 4th cold and last week he had tonsillitis 😫. I remember it being constant at the beginning for a while but it soon settles down. Mine has only been there about 6 weeks lol.

awww bless him. He’s been through it all.

no way poor little guy 😩 it’s so hard to see them unwell. She woke up every hour hardly had any sleep.

Same, he literally started on Monday and already has a cold, and has been waking every hour during the night as he’s so overtired🙃, he used to sleep 7pm-6am so I am not used to this 😂

I’m literally with you on this one. Waking up every hour. Her routine was so good. I’m hoping it’s just because of her cold 😩

I asked the nursery today whether they’d been trying him with a morning nap (as we’ve asked them to everyday) and they said they hadn’t, so it’s no wonder he’s ill and super overtired 🙄.
I so wish I could just keep him at home with me forever 💔

oo no really. I hate when they don’t listen. Exactly he’s probably run down with lack of sleep. I feel the same I wish I could have my LG with me x

my little girl did too, and just seems to be endless snot since! She has got the next tooth on the way which is contributing to the snot, but she’s been quite chesty as well. Luckily that has subsided now. She’s also passed it all on to me 🙄

Really not looking forward to the vomiting bugs!

aww bless her I hope they are not uncomfortable with the runny nose. My LG seems ok during the day but at night is when she can hardly breath through her nose. I’m also dreading the tummy bug and chicken pox phase
