My 3 year old daughter was diagnosed with GDD 2 weeks ago and has her ADOS next Wednesday (we all already know she has it just need it in paper finally!) she has sensory overloads at the beach.
How do you help your child at the beach please? I don’t want to not take her there as we all love the beach but don’t want to push her boundaries ☀️

Have you tried ear defenders, I bought some for my boy this week and was so nervous because he hates anyone or anything touching his head but as soon as they went on I saw him physically relax and he didn’t stim half as much.
Amazon have a wide variety of them (the best ones I’ve found are (Alpine Muffy) as they’re so soft and comfortable to wear.
