I am pregnant with my first baby and recently diagnosed with a subchorionic hematoma. I currently work as a caregiver at a home and am constantly lifting more than 50lbs. I am in my 1st trimester and also constantly short of breath.

I had a subchorionic hematoma at 11w5d I was bleeding for 4 weeks from red to pink to brown it will go away on it’s own… doctors recommend bed rest which is true because the more I moved around I kept bleeding but when I was still and on bed rest the bleeding stopped slowly over the weeks I’m now 34 weeks baby is healthy so am I

Anxious/depressed

My first pregnancy symptom was my anxiety out of nowhere. I feel like I'm a bundle of nerves and just so scared of everything. Is anyone else feeling similar? How are you managing? Are we contributing it to hormones?

Anxiety after birth

Amy mamas experience anxiety after birth gave birth yesterday March 18 and I am having an anxiety attack now out of nowhere it’s currently 11p.m hubby is asleep and I am feeding baby.😩
