Giving into cravings

I've done so well fo avoid caffeine completely when I used to have a lot but I had to give in at 26+4 as pumpkin spice is back 🤣I've been craving a starbucks and this hit the spot 😍 the little brownie was so good too!

Enjoy 🥰 I love pumpkin spice. Just remember you can have 200mg of caffeine a day so you don’t have to avoid all together.

Lol I think I went no caffeine until about 15 weeks. How 😞 I have 1 or so a week now, often decaf. Better than my pre-pregnancy 2 a day. Baby loves it tbf, always kicking away now when I have it

I used to have so much and hadn't missed it at all then I seen pumpkin spice was back and suddenly I needed it 🤣

don’t forget you can have 200 milligrams a day! so you could have 2 medium sized frappes if you were really really craving!
