Being pregnant with twins and having POTS is seriously one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through. My symptoms were not nearly as bad with my singleton pregnancy. I can’t do simple tasks anymore without my heart rate going up to 160-170BPM, my mental health is shit because of it, I’m worried about what the second and third trimester will hold (I’m only 12 weeks as of tomorrow) and I just really need to talk to someone who understands/has been through it.

I’m so sorry your going through this but im lucky I never got POTS, but I hope someone can help you and understand what your going through

thank you 🤍 it’s much more manageable not being pregnant. I’m sure I’ll feel better after they’re born.

Yes me! I feel you! Are you on meds for it? Midwife has said there are pregnancy friendly medications for it, lots of information here and if you search “pots” in the search bar https://www.potsuk.org/managingpots/pregnancy-2/
I’m currently not on medication, it’s so so hard I feel you. Have bought a bathroom stall to sit on so I can shower safely without feeling like I’m going to pass out. Making sure I drink plenty, up my salt intake and keep snacking and eating. Taking things slowly and not rushing around and avoiding anything that might make it worse at all costs
