I was instructed by my intake nurse to take baby aspirin for the rest of my pregnancy since my husband popped positive and I started showing symptoms.
Has anyone received the same reccomendation?
I took one yesterday and had some spotting this morning. I had absolutely 0 spotting during my pregnancy with my son so I'm a bit freaked out.

Learn more about our guidelines.@Molly thank you for commenting and sharing your experience. I'll be 7 weeks on Sunday so I'm right in that ballpark. The fact that you hadn't had it with your two previous pregnancies and are having it this time brings me some comfort so thank you

Im on baby aspirin because this is an IVF twin pregnancy and I’ve been on it from the beginning and will likely stay on it for my whole pregnancy. It hasn’t caused me any issues but they recommended I take it to reduce the risk of preeclampsia and (I think) support blood flow to the babies. Did they explain why it would be beneficial to you?

I took aspirin throughout my first pregnancy due to a high BMI, caused no issues for me or my little boy x
