Baby acne or allergy reaction?

Does anyone know if this looks like a baby acne or an allergic reaction rash? When googling they look very similar. She has an appointment next week so I’m going to ask. It doesn’t seem to bother her. I tried putting some of my milk on it and it doesn’t seem to help.

Looks like acne but doctor knows best!

so the Dr told you it was a cows milk allergy and the milk you switched her back too, was it cows milk? Did it end up being just the soap/detergent and not actual cows milk allergy?
