If you did tell her and she continues to do it means she doesn't respect your feelings/don't care if I were you I will not take the baby around her unless she is willing to stop or you can talk to your partner maybe he can have a word with her

I'm so sorry, I would be fuming that my boundaries had been disrespected like that! If she cannot follow your wishes she doesn't get to hold your baby or ve around her unsupervised would be rules I would implement. So sorry this happened to you xx

I would be fuming too you can't disrespect a mother boundaries and think is okay to do as you please/get away with it
