Work worries
So at the moment there are rumours going around work that the company is closing or will be closed before christmas . This is being said by a lot of people that worked there for 15+ years as they have never seen it so quiet.
Management having said anything.
I'm now worried about being made redundant or site shutting, and I'll steuggle to find another job with the shift pattern that suits our family.
I have been there 5 years so won't get much redunancy. Wondering whether I should start looking or wait for any announcements.
I also had a phone call from a recruiter the other day and he said "I'm wondering if you're looking for work with what's happening at your company"

Why not already start looking to line up some back up options? If not needed in the end fine, if needed then you at least won’t be starting from scratch once you hear such news - hopefully not but making a safety net is never a bad thought
Keep an eye out for things but hold out for your redundancy party if you can! It's worth having x
