Teats sizes

We started on those tests but my boy was drinking too fast and we noticed the milk was just leaking out without him sucking so loads went all over his mouth etc….we swopped to the MAM bottles and a size 0 test for a slower flow that requires him to suckle and that’s slowed him down, he has less air when feeding, less spit up/vomit and over all a better experience xxx

Exactly the same story as Jessica. We started with Tomee Tipee bottles but switched quickly to MAM 0 teats and it has been so much better since then! My LG is combi fed so needed a slow flow teat because her sucking is wild haha

Have you tried paced feeding at all? X

Ive upped teats to mam size 2 for this reason. Hes on sma colic milk & its too thick for size 1, he was getting frustrated & tired but size 2 have been so much better.

My little boy was like this, we switched to mam bottle which seem better & o moved him up to test number 2 which he seemed better on for a few days and then started spitting so we went back to 1’s and he’s ok on these again!

My little one is on size 2 on mam, but we tried a tommie tippie anti colic size 1 yesterday and no wonder they don't get wind, they can't bloody get any out 😂 my little one suffered bad with wind around the same age, its very hard but does get easier xx

I was on tommee tipee bottles but changed to Dr Browns Anti Colic bottles and my little one is so much better. Changed because I couldn't stand the teat constantly sucking in on itself Was driving me mad. Less wastage and no sickness either since changing over. Their expensive bottles but we'll worth it

Sitting baby more upright, keeping bottle horizontal so not fully filling the teat and gently lifting teat up every few minutes so they get a break and aren’t guzzling the whole thing at once. Midwife said it’s supposed to mean they feed at a much slower pace and therefore are likely not to get as much wind etc x
