Mum is sick

I am 31 weeks pregnant and I just found out my mum has blood cancer. I am absolutely crushed and just horrified to think that after I give birth and bring the baby to see my whole family (who live in Canada btw) my mum will be going through chemo. It's so incredibly hard. I'd love any words of encouragement or if anyone is going through something similar I would love to connect.

A friend of mine his dad has blood cancer but he’s going strong years later I think the treatment is on and off he’ll have bouts of time where he’s good then there will be occasions where he needs treatment but overall he’s doing well years after he was diagnosed
