Hello everyone, I am 35 years old and I've been trying to conceive for the last 8 months and failed. Just wondering what supplements people used when they are an older mum to get pregnant? Tia dd

I used a good device to help me get pregnant once it's called MIRA FERTILITY
I also used pregnacare trying to concive tablets
Good luck x

I conceived my 1st at 38 on the 8th month of trying, conceived again when she was 5m old but sadly ended in mc at 8 weeks, started trying again and conceived 3m later aged 40, he was born a week after my 41st birthday. I just took a prenatal (pregnacare advanced) vitamin as soon as I started trying. Don't stress about it too much as that won't help. Use opks to get optimum timing (aim for the 2-3 day run up to ovulation as well as during ovulation as sperm can survive for up to 5 days). I used clearblue digital opk and personally found it so much easier than squinting at lines multiple times a day trying to work out if the line is dark enough. I did try ovusense but that just confirmed that clearblue was accurate and was getting my ovulation right.
Good luck 🤞

Hello, definitely UBIQUINOL, OMEGA 3 and a good prenatal.
