Housing association flats and transfer

Im in a 1 bed first floor flat, I've been waiting 2 years for a move. I tried swapping but the stairs put them off 🤷 still waiting still bidding each week.

What's your situation with the neighbours? Why don't use get on?

So do you just look on their website? I don't know how to go about it..not sure how to bid...I was homeless so they said they ot or leave it...
It's juts I m the only person with child on the first floor and I feel like I'm always telling mu daughter off for being loud..its one building with four flats it's very close...I can't key her play Emin a garden their dog often runs around there...its just akward..

I'm also trying to move . We are with a housing association. Live in a 2 bed flat , we have neighbours that are alcoholic, abusive . I'm also on the house swapping website. That's so long a d annoying. I registered with the council but haven't heard anything back 😕. Don't know what to do .

Yeah, u need to go on to your local council website and register for housing, fill the form out and u should be able to bid once they've confirmed uve been accepted, then each week (normally a set few days) u just log on and see what they've got if u like any of them then u just click place a bid then if ur successful then they will ring you.
