Mucas plug??

Yeah it looks like it could be a part of your mucus plug. It's pretty common to start loosing bits of your plug at this point, and it does regenerate. Unless there's blood in it there's no reason to panic x

I agree, definitely looks like it could be part of your mucus plug - I wouldn’t say all of it though (just based on my experience with my first but I could be wrong! We’re all different)

If you’re unsure I’d say perhaps call your midwife but as the lady above says I think unless there’s blood in it or you have any pains there’s no need to worry or think ‘all systems go’ just yet x

I get this too, quite a lot now. So much so that today I stood up when getting out of bed and some literally fell out🙃 I know it regenerates and baby is fine so just carrying on as normal. Try not to panic. ( 33 weeks:) )
