Adrenaline rush?

32 weeks. I was laying in bed and all the sudden had this wave of adrenaline come over me. It almost feels like a border line panic attack. I checked my blood pressure to make sure it wasn’t that and I got 125/65 and my heart rate was a little elevated. Usually I have perfect blood pressure. Idk I’m a little freaked out about it

Do you think it could be an anxiety attack?

Avatar

possibly. I fell asleep for like 50 mins and woke up and still felt the same. my blood pressure is still the same but my heart rate is 105. Trying to help it calm down.

Can you check your blood sugar?

I need to get me a little machine so I can!

I would try to see if it is your sugar. I had a similar experience when my sugar had gone too low.. try to drink some juice or eat something sugary and see if it helps?

That happened to me and it was definitely my sugar. I had some OJ and cereal and was like shortly after. Awful feeling though.. I hear you.

Young mum

Hi guys,

I’m just wondering if there’s any other young parents that are getting further into their pregnancy and like, genuinely just clocking that I’m gonna be responsible for a baby and I don’t know everything their is to know about baby’s I feel like I’m gonna be so useless and accidently be the worst mum in the world 🫣

Does anyone else feel like this? Or felt like this? I’m 19 and genuinely have so much anxiety about this now I’m 20 weeks lol

So annoyed, dog jumped on me :( now I’m anxious

I have a big dog and she NEVER jumps.. today I came home and my mum was with me visiting and my dog must have just got over whelmed and she jumped and ended up scratching my lower back,

with that I’ve bent backwards almost and stretched my lower belly and it didn’t hurt as such just felt like tha shock ligament pain but ofc I haven’t actually bent that far since being pregnant and now I just feel anxious really and just need some reassurance. It only happened about 15 mins ago and I have felt baby a little since

But why is there always something to worry about!😭
