That’s very strange I’m a Flo user and mine matches with nhs I would stick to them as other apps calculate different

If you know the first date of your last period then you can work it out. Just count back to that date

I have three apps and they all say different things 🙃 I think the difference is cycle length, it's correct for flo so I assume that's the most accurate, and I can't change my cycle length for pregnancy+ so it's three days off. And then premom app is one day off for reasons I can't fathom..
