Does anyone know what happens and what help is there after application for claires law. Iv had to put one in because my ex (who I'm pregnant to) has been awful, abusive, threatening. I know the checks will come back with Violence, rape and fire arms (found this all out after I got pregnant) what help will I get or will this all have been pointless. I feel awful keeping him away from baby when its born but i know deep down its best for me my son and unborn baby (sons not his child) im just constantly worried. Thanks for any help
