Very cold to touch

Was anyone elses baby like this after their 1 year immunisations? My LO was screaming crying this morning, i’ve given her calpol. Shes currently still sleeping but very cold all over. My little one never gets this cold, she has eczema type skin so always hot and rarely gets poorly. Has anyone else experienced this? She had her vaccination a week nd half ago.
