Baby kicking

It FINALLY happened over the weekend!

Saturday evening we were driving home, I felt a very distinct movement (assuming baby kicking as I don't know what else it would be) in my lower abdomen. Did not feel any other movement. Then last night on the couch I had three very distinct movements in a row again in my lower abdomen. I know this is my little baby letting me know they are there and well. Saturday I was so caught off guard by the sudden movement and last night I started giggling because I was like oh my gosh this is baby saying hello for the first time! This makes everything seem so real and like I'm doing something right. I am so excited to hopefully find out the gender of baby 2 weeks from this Wednesday!

mine started at 18 weeks, i think i felt them at 17 but very distinct at 18. almost 19 now!

Yes! 16+4 and felt a tiny rumbling in my lower abdomen as well I immediately knew that was my boy! 🥰

My girl rolled SO slow this past weekend and it was the most insane feeling I’ve felt yet haha, but the kicks started for me at 17w now I feel them pretty much daily (18+4)

I think I’m feeling it now. Yesterday felt like something was thumping lower stomach Lml 😩 which is a relief because the heart beat sounded faint but ob said she think my placenta is in the front and baby is behind it. Lml

Scan needed at 33 weeks

Hi ladies! I just had a midwife appointment (I am 33+5)..the midwife was different to my usual midwife. She's requested I have a scan within 72 hours as she said baby is measuring a little small, however, she did say that it's likely nothing to worry about and it's probably just her measuring me a bit different to my usual midwife. Has anyone else had this? Am a bit worried although babys heartbeat and movements are completely fine.

Finding out gender

Has anyone found out the gender at a private scan at 14 weeks? And has this been accurate?

I found out at 17 with my first but I know a scan place that offers from 14/15 weeks and I’m impatient 😂🥲

Rolling milestone at 5 months - What’s typical ?

Good morning ladies,

My daughter will be 5 months old tomorrow, but there’s still no sign of her rolling. She does tummy time and loves lying on her mat, playing with hanging toys above her and to the sides, but she only lifts her legs and doesn’t seem interested in rolling or moving sideways yet.

Anyone else the same or have your babies already learnt how to roll yet ?

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time
