Heartburn but already on omeprazole

what about milk or love hearts

haven’t heard about love hearts?

@Michelle yeah because of the chalky taste they help and I get acid reflux ATM bought them from amazon come tomorrow 24 for 6 quid lol

In the same boat! I was on them for a week & it seemed to stop the heartburn completely. Then all of a sudden I'd go to bed & feel ill all night with heartburn😕

Oh, I'm going to buy myself some love hearts & give it a go!

I had acid reflux last night and just ran out of love hearts but got some coming tomorrow x

I'm on omeprazole and I've had heartburn since I was 2 months pregnant I've gone through about 12 maybe even more bottles of gaviscon so far x

Hi Michelle, I am on Omeprazole (2 per day) and sometimes at night I get heartburn anyway. It usually goes away with rennie, try it!

You can have your omeprazole increased. Other suggestions include not lying down after eating for at least 2 hours. When lying down try to always elevate your head and chest with a couple pillows (the more the better). Eat slowly and reduce trigger foods (too spicy / oily / tomato based / caffine / chocolate). I've suffered from chronic acid reflux prior to pregnancy so know all the tips. Strangley for me my acid reflux / heartburn has improved with being pregnant! Bodies are weird 🤷‍♀️
