Cold/flu remedied

I feel so ill! Run down with an awful cold can hardly lift my head, does anyone have any tried and tested remedies i can try please as I'm still getting worse since Friday. I feel horrendous! X

I was poorly last week.
I slept with an ice pack near my forehead. Paracetamol every 4 hours, vix Nasal stick and Halls.
That's all I found to be safe x
