Anyone else

Has anyone else been having preterm labour 33 weeks and worried but not 100% sure if it is preterm labour? I’m so confused like I’m having period like cramps lower full backache and my pelvis is sore but still not sure what to think or do

I had period like cramps when I was around 30-32 weeks. Am now 34+3 and have been having them again but only when I lie on my right hand side. I’m putting it down to babies position as midwife didn’t seem too concerned when I mentioned it. If your unsure, contact triage or your midwife xx

It’s probably all normal. Cramps and pelvic pain and pain in general is all normal. Your body is relaxing and getting ready for when you have the baby. My pelvis started hurting at 25 weeks and the pain and cramps have just gotten worse

I went in to triage yesterday with reduced movement and cramps….the cramps were picked up on the monitor and they said at first look it’s looks like signs of early labour, but I wasn’t in enough pain for it to be so! I was told to monitor and if it got worse to go straight back, but they have stopped through the night and I’ve had nothing this morning. Best to go and get checked hun Xx

I went to triage with mild lower bump pains, a little bit of bleeding and reduced movements at 35 weeks. Some contractions on the monitor but baby absolutely fine. They said my cervix was still closed but very soft and expected that I would deliver in the next 1-2 weeks but baby would basically be term then anyway so they didn't seem too worried.
For other reasons I am being induced at 38 weeks anyway. Since then I have had the occasional crampy abdominal pain but only 2-3 times per day and waters havnt gone and baby is still moving fine. I am definitely more vigilant about pains/movements than I was before all this happened. (I'm 37 weeks now)
I would speak to your midwife or call triage if you are worried about your symptoms. Given you are early if they saw signs of early labour they would possibly give you steroid injections to help babies lungs mature and may do closer monitoring.

Is this normal?

Is this little red bit on my section scar normal? It’s not oozing anything, doesn’t hurt but it’s the only bit on my scar like it so just curious! (19 days PP)
Thank you in advance! 🥰

Help

I was getting pretty painful period cramps and during those, I had painful lower back cramps. I had these on and off for like a few hours so from about 10:30pm to 1am?

I’ve had no show, or anything like that.

Is this braxton hicks or early labour pains?

Early waters/pre term labour?

I can’t get checked until later today unfortunately. I can’t tell if I’m leaking/starting early. I definitely think I’m having braxton hicks yesterday and today.. i have some pain in my back but she is quite low down so hoping it’s just pressure, baby was a little quieter yesterday but she’s back to more normal movements today, but my underwear just seems to get so wet, especially after going to the bathroom. And I honestly can’t work out the smell, I’m pretty sure it’s just discharge/urine leaking but there’s that worry in my mind a little. Are there any other ways to know/check if it could be the start of it all?

Anyone else felt like this?

Hi, I’m 4 months postpartum, little one sleeps through the night and is formula fed, the last week I’ve felt extremely tired and very hungry! Just wondered if anyone else has felt this way/experienced this?
