Diaper rash
Any suggestions on how to help with a diaper rash? Currently using pampers. Have tried multiple creams from the doctors and corn starch, destin, etc. nothing seems to be helping or making this go away. It’s getting very frustrating and you can tell it’s really bothering him as he wants to constantly itch.

It could be a yeast diaper rash if it hasn’t gone away 3 days with using diaper rash cream. Especially with the itching. Pediatrician can give a prescription if it is and you will see it start making a difference usually on the third day. Also I would avoid using baby wipes they will irritate it more.
Idk if this’ll help your little one but when my baby has outbreaks I usually put cream & baby powder. Almost like a paste consistency & when it’s cleaning time I usually go to sink/bath and rinse him off gently. Never lasts to the 2nd day
I'm not sure if it's all of them but I've found pampers to be scented and they irritate my baby. Maybe try switching if yours are? And it's a hassle but try rinsing baby in the sink instead of wiping for a day or two to avoid irritating it more!
use a hair dryer to dry baby’s butt before cream ^^

Water and baking soda create a paste, it will sting a little but rashes go away right after
