Seizures...
So my 6 month old has had a couple of seizure in the last 3 weeks. One was febrile but the other was jot. We saw a neurologist today and we set up an appointment for an EEG. However I was so overwhelmed by all the info I forgot to ask. What do I do if she has a seizure on her stomach. She's a rolly polly. Loves tummy time and is starting to crawl. I tried googling what to do but it didn't give me any info and it's too late in the day to call her pediatrician or the neurologist and ask. So if your kiddos were prone to seizures at this age, what's the procedure for them on their tummies?

Seizures occur because of irregular brain waves, so they wouldn’t affect the stomach. So not sure what you mean about having a seizure on her stomach?
@Rebecca I mean, if she's on her stomach playing or rolls onto her stomach while sleeping and has a seizure, how do I handle that. Because I was told not to pick up or move a person during an episode, but its best to have them on their backs. But these fine ladies above me already answered my questions.
I’m sorry I misunderstood! She’s too cute. Glad you got your questions answered. If you have more questions, it’s okay to call the neurologist or message them if they have a patient portal. That’s what they are there for!
If she’s on her stomach just roll her to her side and make sure she doesn’t aspirate, call 911 medics can do a wellness and make sure she’s ok postictal
