Moving hospitals
Has anyone ever moved hospitals while being pregnant?
I’m a high risk pregnancy so will be having hospital appointments quite often.
We are moving closer to my family so I can get more help etc especially if I get poorly again with this pregnancy.
I just wondered how easy it was and how quickly it can happen?

Speak to your midwife and they will advise. I will be moving and my midwife said that I just need to register at a GP and then call the new hospital maternity department and tell them that I need to transfer care there, they’ll likely want me in to ask questions and take blood etc but she didn’t make it sound like a big issue
