CSA
So I went through CSA for a DNA test because baby’s dad fixed the at home one, he paid for CSA one through cellmark however weeks after still won’t select surgery and ignoring cellmarks calls, I’ve submitted my sample etc. so what happens now CSA can’t seem to get through to him he just ignores it. He knows he fixed the at home one and this one he can’t that’s why he won’t do it 🙃 I’m getting really fed up now. What happens if CSA can’t get in touch with him?

I believe they just assume he’s the dad anyway if he refuses a DNA test through them, so bloody annoying that some dads act like this!!
I know it’s a joke don’t know how they sleep at night! X
If he refuses the DNA test, CSA will automatically assume he is dad and make him pay. If they are struggling to contact him then they’ll likely do collect and pay taking it straight from his wage.
It’s up to dad to prove he isn’t the dad for them not to make him pay.
If he doesn't complete the test the CSA will take that as an admission of parentage and order child support
Hey ladies. I have a question. So my ex said he contacted cellmark and that they have provided him a dna kit to put samples from him and my baby. But I thought with cellmark you have to make an appointment with a doctor or something and get an appointment? Is he doing it the wrong way?
