Early pregnancy signs

Has anyone ever got early signs of pregnancy I’ve been getting really bad headaches that hasn’t gone away and had some mild stomach cramps and vaginal pain and been extremely tired I read that’s early signs of pregnancy but I just wanted to ask someone about it
