How would I know?
I stopped taking birth control on 8/30/23. I had unprotected sex on 8/31. My pack had three active pills left. I had what seemed to be a period from 9/1-9/4.
On 9/8 and 9/9 I had terrible cramping and a small small amount of blood when I wiped ONCE.
Since then, I have been having a strong sense of smell, fatigue, lack of appetite, and terrible cramping again. However, my tests are negative. Should I assume I am not pregnant?

I would take another test two week after unprotected sex. That's when it should be accurate, you may have tested too early. But it seems like probably not pregnant considering you had a period on 9/1 though. But if you want to be super careful I'd take another test in a bit. People can bleed even though they are pregnant. Idk, confusing stuff
Agree with retesting at home but if still questionable then may need to get a blood test to confirm neg.
