Hi! The amazon baby registry says items on the registry are eligible for return within 365 days but I tried to return something I received in March and was told it’s not eligible and that some items on registries have a 60-90 day return period and they made it seem like they had no idea what I was talking about. Has anyone else had this experience?

I kept going around in circles with the customer service rep and he kept saying the item I want to return was only a 30 day return policy :/ I’ll call again tomorrow:( my mom brain is so bad right now that I’m now questioning if Im misinterpreting things. Oy
Per Amazon policy, If someone send a gift to you from your registry then it’s having 365 days return window but if we buy it ourselves it doesn’t.
