Has anyone used alcohol free vanilla in their babies formal to help them drink?
I’m 100% sure my baby refuses her bottles as she doesn’t like the taste of it!
Just anxious to try it, don’t want her to get used to it and then refuse bottles again after two weeks of using (correct me if I’m wrong but I’ve read you use it for 2 weeks max)
TIA 🙂

This doesn’t sound good to me 😳 how old is she ?!

Wtf? Absolutely not unless you want them to get hooked for unhealthy lifestyle immediately. 10000% they will be seeking treat flavored drinks and food always then

Do you make the formula up yourself ? What formula?
Is she eating solids ?

Is the temperature ok? Have you changed the flow of the teat?

She could be refusing for a multitude of reasons. But adding vanilla definitely isn’t the right move! X

No wtf 😭😭♥️♥️🙏🏻🙏🏻

People in the comments acting as if you said meth instead of vanilla extract lawd 😂 if it’s for CMPA milk then speak to your GP first but I’ve seen this recommended by quite a few people then you reduce the amount until they drink it without.
If it’s just for normal formula then no I wouldn’t do this. Is she not drinking because of too much solids?
lol
It’s recommended by a lot of nhs trusts / pediatrician.
