Has anyone else experienced carpal tunnel in their wrists during their pregnancy??? Does it go away? I’ve been dealing with it for like a month now & nothing I do seems to work to make it better. Any suggestions??

yes. Since about week 15 I’ve experienced it. Not fun at all 😭😭

I have it mild right now, and had it worse with my last pregnancy. I ended up getting a cortisone shot last time and it was a game changer. I would highly recommend it if you’re in significant pain.

YES!!! I’m 29 weeks and my right wrist is killing me!!! But honestly i get some relief getting in the shower and letting the water get as hot as i can stand it and letting it hit my wrist on the hardest shower setting 😅 sounds odd but it’s so helpful!

I definitely noticed they do feel better when I take hot showers but applying heat pads or ice don’t seem to help at all 😭 it’s usually really bad for me whenever I wake up rather it be from like a full blown sleep or a nap. During the day they just ache & I can’t turn my hands certain ways which is annoying 😓

i will definitely ask my doctor about this, thank you !

I have it. I’ve been wearing a wristband especially at night to limit strain on my right wrist. I’m hoping it goes away!

I’ve tried those as well but it seems like nothing works 😓 I’m hoping it goes away after I give birth at least

Girl yes! Only my right hand, and my index, middle, and half of ring finger is numb. It’s more so annoying, can’t put on my own necklaces anymore hahah

I’ve had it for a few months now and it doesn’t help i work with my hands non stop but try to get a prenatal massage if possible and have them work on your arms that has helped me a ton also doing stretches i just googled carp tunnel stretching
