1.) has he been physical towards you? 2.) what evidence do you have beside your word? 3.) You have a right to protect your children especially if he’s done harm to them as well. I’m asking because if you don’t have a valid response to these questions it could back fire you taking the kids if he has custody. In the law eyes it’s kidnapping. Also the quickest way out is concrete evidence and a police report. You can’t be going through domestic abuse and sweeping it under a rug it’ll make you look incredible “the girl who cried wolf” and it’ll look bad in court if you intend on having custody. I don’t know your whole story but know having a plan is the best way out. You can message privately me for more info if you need help.. I pray you make the right decision there’s nothing wrong with leaving this relationship with nothing and starting over with just your children.
