No sleep

I actually feel like I’m gonna loose it it’s been 3 full months of my son waking up every 1-2 hours (he is 6 months) and I’m going absolutely crazy at this point!! I’m so sleep deprived and I quite literally have no help.. why does he wanna eat so much at night?!? He legit drinks a bottle every 2 hours in the day when it should be longer than that I feel like so he’s definitely eating enough in the day.. all his pediatrician can say is “unfortunately this can last until he’s 2” 2?!?!? There’s no way I’m waking up every freaking hour for the next two years there’s no way this is normal… I’m legit so worn or out the point I really don’t want to do this anymore…

Have you started weaning? Could help with reducing night feeds if he’s having a few more calories during the day and also stretch out feeding windows

Also does he finish the entire bottle during each feed? It could be he’s eating for comfort ( just want to be held) and not cause he’s hungry? My LO was like that as well and we managed to get her down to 2 night time feed. There’s articles on stretching out their feeding window and also cutting out night time feeds. Might be of help if you look into it and if you feel comfortable with doing it.

How do you feel about co-sleeping? Could help a bit especially if he’s waking up for comfort.

I cut down his night bottles 2 4 oz instead of 6-8 like he does in the day and he finishes every one.. I’ll definitely try to stretch it out longer he just gets so fussy. I swear he doesn’t like me anymore I use to be able to bring him in bed but he hates sleeping with me now he cries even more when he’s in bed with me 🥲 I will definitely look into the feeding tho!
