Talking to bump?

Does anyone else just feel absolutely ridiculous talking to their belly? 100% honesty I talk to myself a LOT and donโ€™t feel silly. But trying to talk to baby I feel really cringe ๐Ÿ˜‚. First time mum to be xx

Yes!! Haha I also talk to myself a lot but felt pretty ridiculous actually addressing the baby. I started out just telling her what weโ€™d be eating during the day and that I hope she likes it ๐Ÿ˜‚ Also told her to be on her best behaviour and to not make me feel awful during an outdoor wedding ceremony ๐Ÿ˜… Now that Iโ€™ve been feeling her moving around more Iโ€™ve found that talking to her has been easier.

I tend to talk more when in the car, or make deals so that I can enjoy particular foods ๐Ÿ˜‚ but I talk to myself alot, but now I feel less crazy now I actually have a reason to talk to myself ๐Ÿ˜‚ I find it awkward with my partner as I'm like I don't know what to say ๐Ÿคฃ but I think I'm going find some stories and we can start reading to the baby at night time as I find that a little easier ๐Ÿ˜Š xx

I talk to him all the time way in the same way I speak to the dog๐Ÿคฃ just narrate my day to him and try bargain to stop making me feel sick or move somewhere else cos he's hurting me. I've found it totally normal but maybe I'm just weird lol x

As someone with a cat, I just treat the bump the exact same and talk that way!
