Bladder infection

Hello all 👋

Just spent nearly an hour on the phone being passed around from one place to the next at the hospital to finally find out that the results from my second urine sample indicate I do have an infection. I'm pretty sure I've had this infection now for almost a month but something happened with the first sample I gave them at the booking appointment so they didn't get a good result and I couldn't do another one until the 12 week scan. I don't have super strong UTI like symptoms like burning or pain which is why I thought maybe things were fine. Now I'm freaking out that I've had this infection for 5+ weeks and it's been untreated. I'm worried about the affect it might be having on the baby. Anyone have any reassuring advice?
