Is it okay to use a harness to aid baby walking
I have a 12 month old who isn't yet standing unsupported (or walking).
We don't have a problem with that as it'll happen eventually iA.
My husband bought the following without telling me and he thinks it's just a bit of fun.
I said OK a couple of minutes would be fine, but he was using it for around 5 mins.
I'm worried it might be dangerous for her back, as she isn't be able to stand yet so she isn't strong enough but he wants to use it.

I think I wouldn’t be using it for my LO as they learn to do things on their own and at their own pace. I would give LO time to start standing on his own as I don’t think any such thing really helps them out. Plus yes it can affect her back if she’s not standing herself yet xx

Have you tried a door jumper? It looks similiar to the above but obviously controlled by baby. I got it for mine when she was 9 months and she would only spend about 5-10 minutes feel it really built her leg and core strength and she was walking by 11 months
