Single baby to twins

To my mom's who had single pregnancy and are having twins now. Are the symptoms the same or worse? Not sure if there is a difference 🤔

This my second pregnancy and I lost my first baby and now I’m pregnant with twins it’s worse than before

My pregnancy now is different from my other two I have no energy, nauseous, vomiting more:(
