How many of you drink coffee regularly? I’ve basically drank coffee through out my whole pregnancy. I always do under the suggested caffeine intake bc I truly don’t drink that much when I am not pregnant but I drink it almost every day. Maybe 2-3 days out of the week I won’t but for the most part I do. I don’t think this is going to effect my child I was just wondering who else out there is doing the same.

I drink coffee almost everyday. Otherwise I won't be able to function or work!

I’m a daily drinker within the caffeine limits for both my first pregnancy and this one. My Jan 22 boy has no issues related to it even while breastfeeding. He’s happy healthy and ahead developmentally. My OB actually told me not to stop drinking coffee because of rebound headaches that are harder to get rid of since we can’t take many meds while pregnant.

I have 1 cup a day. It’s under the limit but if I didn’t have any I’d lose my mind

My mom drank coffee and smoked her whole pregnancy with all three of us kids. I’d just say make sure to keep hydrated as well!

I drink it every day but I don't do more than the recommended amount. 12oz or less

I'm a daily coffee drinker. At the beginning of my pregnancy, I stopped drinking coffee and started having horrible migraines. My doctor told me to start drinking coffee again to help with the migraines, and they went away!

I drink a cup of coffee (using 10g of beans for pour-over) every single day. The headache is not worth it.

I drink it a few days a week, probably an average of 4 days. 10000% need it, I’m a nanny and chasing after kids 31 weeks pregnant calls for coffee for sure.

I have a cappuccino every day. I get migraines otherwise. Under 200mg and you are good.

I do, but I’ve gone up and down on the amount depending on my nausea or my own anxiety. I just had to cut from 2 cups to 1 because I was really on edge and being short with my husband. It doesn’t normally affect me this way. Most people aren’t pounding 10 espresso shots a day lol

I drink one cup a day religiously. It’s roughly half the recommended max and I’m always sure to drink water before and after.
