Rash

Odd question but I have a rash that just showed up on the left side of my left breast a little earlier today. I'm watching it but what could this be? During my first pregnancy I developed a severe food allergic reaction to cinnamon, and I'm lactose intolerant now. I haven't touched things I'm allergic to. If it spreads or gets worse I'm calling someone
