Ovulation test and pregnancy test positive - confused

I am prepping my 2nd cycle of ivf and had multiple MC and surgeries in the past year. To my biggest surprise I took a pregnancy test today and shows positive alongside the ovulation strips I was using this week! I am so confused and worried as I have been eating sushis and drinking alcohol this week :(((( do I need to start taking progesterone pessaries as well or should I wait till I see my doctor?
