Warm milk start trying to put your little one down earlier since it'll take a while to put them down
My children specifically are very loving so they love cuddling and I know that people don't like it but during these stages I'll co-sleep with the kids while my partner watches and when the babies are asleep he'll take them into their room or set up our room so they can sleep on their designated rest spot weather that's a bassinet or a bed/kid couch bed mat close to the bed it all just depends on what works best for your family!
There's a melatonin tea you can give your child an hour before bed just don't give too large of a batch to your child a small cup will do just don't do it often as well
Keeping freshly harvested lavender is also a very big help to help calm your child and get them to rest
how do you know when to stop co-sleeping? As in how do you know they’re passed the stage? And can you give tea to a 3-4 month old? Thanks for the tips!
