My 16 month old follows this schedule:
730am: Wake up
8:30am: Breakfast
10:30am: Snack
12-1230pm: Lunch
1-3/330: Nap
330: Snack
He plays in between with toys and if he’s being a crab apple I’ll put Mickey mouse or Ms Rachel on.

I WFH as an IT Project Manager with a lot of autonomy regarding my schedule. I take the most meetings on Mondays. My fiancé also WFH. When he’s working outside of the home, I try to alter my schedule a bit (cancel/reschedule meetings) to allow for more pockets of undivided attention for the toddler.
[Schedule]
730/8AM - Wake
8:30 - Breakfast
10:30 - Snack
11/11:30 - 30 min walk outside
1130/12-130/2 - Nap
2/230 - Lunch
He’s playing with toys, singing nursery songs with TV, and running free in between all this. NOTE - The shorter the nap the more likely we might need another “attitude correction nap” later. My work day winds down... Dinner at 6/6:30 - sleep at 8.

So my daughter wakes up around 630-7am. We get dressed and then eat breakfast, before we leave for daycare between 745-8am. She stays at daycare until 430pm (I know she has like 2 snacks, 2 outside play times, lunch, and 1 nap from noon to 2pm). We pick her up and then she plays for a little bit while we get dinner ready. Dinner is between 530-630. And then she plays a little more. Then we get ready for bath at 730, then bed between 745-800. We get her dressed in her sleepers and read a bedtime story first.

Wfh moms with no child care are something else. I did it for two months and it broke me.

My son goes to kindergarten M-W. My daughter and I are out and about all day, going to parks, out to eat, taking hikes, taking walks. Thu-Sun we are finding family activities. We have memberships to the zoo and aquarium so go there every couple weeks. We just explore all day. My online business is running in the background so I just try to keep them busy all day.
