He might be sick. I'd make a doctors appointment and try to get him to drink fluids

How high is the fever

Depending on how high his fever is, I'd say stick to fluids over food. Make sure he's hydrated and having wet diapers and give Tylenol if that's something you're okay with.

I put soup broth in a bottle 🍼

Focus on fluids over food. When we get sick our appetite also goes away so hydration is what’s important

My daughter recently had the flu we did lots of fluids so pedialyte and water and we would give her pedialyte popsicles and crackers when she’d take them. I even let her have sherbet ice cream and push pops when she was refusing everything. I’d also recommend Tylenol fevers can tend to make them really weak and tired. We would give her Tylenol then a luke warm bath and usually she’d perk up a little and have a small appetite.

We were sick earlier in the summer. Our pediatrician said to not worry about solids and just to focus on hydration, milk and water! I put my son in his highchair at mealtime but didn't expect him to eat anything!
Hope little one feels better!

You would need to see pediatrician.
It's possible they're having trouble swallowing like a sickness of the throat. Depending on what's really causing them not wanting to eat they may need antibiotics.
