Not sleeping

Please tell me I'm not the only one here. He had to contact nap on us all night ( which he's never done before) and he still woke every 30mins so we took turns. this lasted 8pm to 6am literally. He now doesn't want to sleep again 2nd night on trot. He has a runny nose but surely this wouldn't cause what's happening right now.. exhausted to say the least
