Yes I would contact your midwife and they should be able to advice what you should do and change appointments.

I had it a few weeks ago - I didn’t contact my midwife just lots of fluid and rest x

I was positive a few weeks back with only mild symptoms.
I called the midwife who assured me I was low risk, however, I am now having growth scans every 3 weeks to monitor progress until birth. It seems to be a precautionary protocol with my hospital, yours could be the same maybe?
It’s very reassuring to be getting so many scans on the nhs! x
