I struggle a bit but I made a veggie packed minestrone soup on Sunday and it’s been keeping ‘going’ 😂

I find a coffee (decaff) orange juice and eggs for breakfast help me along. Failing that prune juice. Good luck 🤞🏻 it's the worst.

Hi Charlotte
Can I suggest something that is really healthy for you and for the baby, plus normally does work !?
It’s porridge! Make a tick portion of it just with milk, if you like , melt a little spoon of peanut butter.
Avocados too.

Fybogel really helped me, tastes vile but it’s not to bad if you drink it quickly x

Lots of fibres. Raw vegetables and fruits have the most, also beans and dried prunes. Try these before you go yo processed and ultra processed stuff.

I don't think I've pooped properly for months 😂 just a little here and there! But minestrone soup and beans usually help move things along for me 😍
