My girl goes barefoot at home and wears shoes when we go out (shoes are still a struggle when we go out)
I have been told to let Her keep shoes on at home so that she can get used to walking in it
I have also read not to let them have shoes on when at home
So just confused

Shoes should be worn as little as possible. Their feet are still developing and shoes can change the way they form. For shoes in public, look for shoes wider at toes/ball of foot than at the heel.

No shoes at home only when we go out. He hates them but they get over it eventually. And sometimes you have to try different shoes

I heard shoes can hurt. They're foot growth, but also. We are a shoeless house in the first place. So we will probably have him Be barefoot

My friend is a pediatric physical therapist says to leave barefoot as much as possible because it’s best for the development of their feet. My son only wear shoes when we go outside or away from home. It took him a little bit to get used to wearing the shoes but we just kept trying like when we would go to church and it was a good place for him to walk around and try it out

We haven't tried shoes yet in our home lol
