2 weeks pp today and yes I’m tired from being up all night but no longer bleeding and stitches down there don’t hurt much anymore and I just am soo ready to be able to start getting active to lose my mom pooch. I love my body for growing my boy but I see how skinny I got right before pregnancy and how truly good I looked and I’m just ready to not feel so icky. No more thighs rubbing together and causing painful red bumps, no more back rolls, no more chubby face, like I gained way too much weight during pregnancy and I’m just ready to not be so uncomfortable anymore.

I'm only 9 days and ready to get back to work, working out in general to be active, and some semblance of a normal schedule. I love my kiddo, but even this introvert needs interaction.

One thing I did to help lose weight after my first is fruit smoothies one a day I gained a lot of weight while pregnant with her and continued gaining months after her birth too and then I started drinking 1 a day. I was also in pain due to stitches with her. With my son it was easier to control my weight during pregnancy and after birth (also 2 weeks pp)
